The elaborately hand-forged masterpiece is made exclusively of bare copper sheets and is certainly an excellent choice for distilling essential oils. It is ideally suited for the production of essential oils and hydrolates. Also suitable for beginners, as the Alquitara is wonderfully simple and at the same time versatile.

This distillery consists of the divided boiler with About 2 liters capacity and a top-mounted condenser. The paths for the steam remain particularly short, so that the steam can transport the precious oils as well as the aromatic plant water unhindered right into the cooler. This in turn guarantees maximum efficiency.

By means of the second, removable copper sieve in the upper part (in the hat), the entire area up to the head of the distillery can be filled with plant material. This guarantees an optimum yield. A third solid soldered-in sieve prevents herbal parts from passing through the cooler with the steam.
