The Kask Zenith X Air is a specialized safety helmet. With a weight of 490g, it is adjustable for a head circumference of 52 cm to 63 cm, providing a comfortable and adaptable fit. This helmet belongs to the category III of special protective helmets.
The outer shell of the Zenith X Air is made of HD polypropylene (HD Polypropylene), which provides excellent durability and impact resistance. The inner shell is made of EPS (expanded polystyrene) with double density, which optimally protects the helmet from impacts.
The headband is made of soft nylon PA, which provides additional comfort. The Zenith X Air complies with EN 397 and EN 50365 standards (class 0). It provides protection against impacts from above, front, back and sides according to EN 12492, clause 4.2.1. The helmet has a high impact energy absorption capacity according to clause 4.2.2, penetration according to clause 4.2.1 and ventilation properties.
The Zenith X Air is suitable for temperatures from -30°C to +50°C. It has 8 ventilation channels that improve air circulation and comfort. The D-Core technology with increased density in the inner core provides optimal protection against impacts from above.
The helmet offers a high-density inner shell protection specially designed for all-round impact protection. The Dry+ fabric used wicks away moisture and has an antibacterial silver ion treatment for increased comfort.
The snap-in padding system increases the durability of the helmet and makes it easier to use. The Zenith X Air adaptive fitting system includes 3 adjustable components for secure comfort. The innovative chin strap has new rear adjustment points to ensure a more customized fit.
The color-coded closure indicates which EN standard the chin strap complies with. The Zenith X Air is also equipped with integrated slots for eye and face protection for added safety.
