Fire-retardant fire protection silicone for do-it-yourselfers, craftsmen and professionals

Grewi fire protection silicone is a 1-component, fire-retardant silicone sealant with low modulus for sealing joints. Under the influence of air humidity, Silicone-N vulcanises to a permanently elastic mass.

• Neutral and almost odourless
• For fire-retardant movement joints, window connection joints and façade joints
• For sealing glass

Fields of application:
For sealing glass, adheres to glass, glazed surfaces, aluminium and many other metals.
Adheres excellently, even without primer, to many substrates such as glass, glazed surfaces, aluminium and many other metals, plasticiser-free plastics such as polycarbonate, acrylic glass, polyester, polystyrene and to most PVC types, to paints, concrete and masonry and much more.

Processing instructions:
The surface of the materials to be bonded must be free of dust and grease.

Working temperature +5°C to +40°C,
Open time: 5 to 10 minutes,
Curing time approx. 1-5mm per day,
Temperature resistant after curing from -40°C to +120°C,
