GREWI PU 3000 X-PRESS is a high quality, solvent-free 1K PU rapid adhesive with extremely fast reaction time and excellent bonding strength. This adhesive is ideal for a wide range of applications, including bonding virtually all materials such as brick, concrete, polystyrene, stone, marble (natural stone compatible), raw and painted wood, metals, stainless steel and other building materials.
This adhesive is odorless and can be used on smooth surfaces. It is also paintable and recoatable, making it ideal for use in applications that require an aesthetic finish.
GREWI PU 3000 X-PRESS offers a skin forming time of 1.5 minutes wet and 3 minutes dry and is hand set after 8 minutes. The working temperature is +5°C to +38°C. The tensile shear strength of Watt 91 is higher than 10N/mm², which provides an extremely strong bond. The adhesive can also be stored for 18 months and is temperature resistant from -35°C to +115°C. The weather resistance is very good.
This adhesive is particularly suitable for solid wood bonding such as stairs, kitchens, store fitting, floor rails, handrails, tiles, in sauna construction, display cabinets and all repair and assembly bonding.
Please ensure that the surface of the materials to be bonded is free of dust and grease. For very smooth surfaces, we recommend lightly sanding them. When bonding non-absorbent materials, we recommend lightly dusting the applied adhesive with water. The parts to be joined must be joined within the skin forming time and pressed if necessary.
